- 07 Decmeber 2011

2) When will album arrive ?
- est 7 days after release date

3) I can't do bank transfer & I can't go for the meetup, how ?
- Please go to the nearest Bank and queue. Pass the cash to the bank counter & said you want to deposit to the account.
we will tell you the account number and the name of the bank account

4) When is the deadline ?
- Currently we are not accepting anymore orders

5) Is the Poster rolled or folded ?
- Poster will be neatly rolled

6) What is the difference between each version ?
- Please read above details

7) Only Yishun is the ONLY meetup place ? I stay very far away from yishun
- If we have time & there are more than 10 customer request to meet at other places, we will try to make it at cityhall station

8) Is the postage inclusive ?
- No , Singapore postage is not inclusive.You have to pay additional.

9) If I buy more than 1 album, can I have discount ?
- Sorry no :) everyone pays the same price
  we have a feeling that we need to double pay the price(if order capping not hit)

10) Why the pricing is different from other sites ?
- maybe is because we getting from different supplier & different exchange rates

11) Must we pay FULL AMOUNT 1st ?
- Yes, you have to pay FULL Amount

12) When do we need to transfer the money for albums ?
- You have to transfer in by 30th October 2011, 6PM

13) What if never reach Capping ?
- is a must to reach capping, we will only send in orders once we reach capping :) Please help us promote ^^ Thanks

14) How do I know my orders are CONFIRM ?
- only PAYMENT in then consider CONFIRM ORDER.
